1. Intended use

Every product on this site is supplied strictly for laboratory research use, by suitably qualified personnel, in a properly equipped research or laboratory setting. Nothing we sell is intended for any other use.

2. Not for human or veterinary use

No product sold on this site is a medicine, food, food supplement, or cosmetic. Nothing we sell is for human or animal consumption, injection, or any other in-vivo use, under any circumstances.

3. No medical or therapeutic claims

We make no claim that any product on this site diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition, in humans or animals. Where a product page references published research, that reference describes existing scientific literature about a compound — it is not a claim about what buying or using our product will do, and must not be read as one. This applies equally to product pages, marketing communications, and any social media account we operate.

4. Who may purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for genuine laboratory research use, by personnel qualified to handle the product safely, and not for human or veterinary use. We do not currently verify buyer status beyond this confirmation at checkout. See also clause 2 of our Terms & Conditions.

5. Handling, storage and disposal

You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, containment and lawful disposal of anything you buy from us, and for carrying out your own risk assessment and obtaining any safety data you need before use.

6. Regulatory compliance

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including the import rules of the country your order is delivered to. It is your responsibility to confirm that a product may lawfully be received in your country before you order it.

7. Orders we will refuse

We may refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe the stated or apparent intended use falls outside this policy, and we may report suspected misuse of our products where we are required to do so.
